Living Healthy
Mosaic’s Living Healthy program promotes ‘Well Being’ by sharing ideas on self-care and resiliency. Supporting participants as they identify their strengths, understand their feelings, and build skills in problem-solving. *Please bring along your Permanent Resident card for registration. Positive Discipline in Everyday Parenting
Mosaic is offering Positive Discipline 1-to-1 , trained peer mentors make weekly visits to the homes of newcomer parents who speak the same first language. Thriving in a New Home
Mental health promotion with newcomer refugee parents who are facing mental health challenges and bridging to formal mental health services when appropriate. The service model consists of 1-1 home visits, group sessions, or a combination of both (both online and in-person).
